As your service provider, we only process (collect, use, disclose, etc.) such information as directed by you for the exclusive purpose of providing you, our Services. For example, we will never use your customers’ or employees’ information to independently market or advertise to them unless they are also using our Services directly. Please also note that there is a difference between the information we decide to collect for our own purposes (for example, your account sign-up information) and the information our Customers direct us to store or process via our Services (for example, names of employees or clients). If you are an individual who wishes to exercise your rights over information that one of our Customers may be storing or processing via our Services for their own purposes, you will need to contact the Customer directly. In this scenario, we are only a service provider acting at their direction, and we cannot decide how to process their information.
